sarah schwartz and ruby geisler are the design team behind sarah & ruby design studio. inspired by centuries-old artisan methods, their unique style combines traditional design, nature and craft, yet is decidedly modern. their designs strike a balance between organic and sophisticated, while maintaining an artisanal, hand-rendered quality. their distinctly graphic patterns reflect the joy they find in the creative process and can be seen on fabrics and wallpapers for home interiors.

"we adore handmade encaustic cement tile and we were thrilled to design with this artisan process in mind. we played with smooth-lined, graphic patterns as well as more organic, unexpected motifs inspired by nature. our collection is bold and modern, embracing softened geometric shapes and abstracted flora." - sarah & ruby
