An Encounter in Montpellier

03 August 2011

The South of France. Go ahead- try saying that without having a bit of vacation envy. What is it about Americans that we all long to vacation in the South of France? I'm with ya'! I wanna go and have wonderful tales of lazy hot days dodging flies and old men on bicycles. And then of course there's the fromage! The unparalleled fromage!!

For six years now Montpellier, France has hosted the ''Lively Architecture Festival'', a celebration whose mission is to make the discipline of architecture more accessible to the public. They're takin' it to the streets!

This summer there were 11 Architectural teams taking on this year's theme : “The Encounter”.
