Last year I happened upon the artful world of Manny Rodriguez after being introduced to his works by Dallas fashion diva- Judy of Atlantis Home.
Why couldn't there be an app allowing me to turn all my photos into square jewels resembling Manny's perfectly lit, color-saturated kick-@#$! shots - contemporaneously akin to dutch master's paintings? I would be walking around photographing more than reluctant family.
Por ejemplo...Today, the Lynch Residence is Manny's study of modernized colonial Mexicana. The colors, the textures, the contrasting surfaces- should I say more? Oh yes, and the full wall backsplash! After I rid the world of the "feature strip", my next conquest will be banishing the partial-wall backsplash! Hoping you'll all join me on my mission!!
