i think one could easily call 2012 the year of metallics. anyone care to debate??
sure 'nuf - pantone had their tangerine tango, beyonce had her blue as did the majority of november's voting booths!
but for me- it was all about gold, bronze, platinum, silver, old gold, new gold, you-name-it gold. and everything from clothing to nail polish went that direction as well. you can leave it out of my food (no gold dusted sushi, thx) and i can do without metallic glittering eyeshadow.
but especially with tiles- it is a home-run that i predict won't hit the stands for at least a few more years. thanks to andie day, again, for showing off the well-rounded collection of metallic tiles from clé-
