Restoration Inspiration

Pattern Girl has been polishing her photography skills in preparation for her upcoming blog-fests for Tile Envy. One of her inspirations was from my recent review of Restoration Hardware's current stylistic leap:

I am still in the cleansing palette mode of the Restoration Hardware look. As I was searching through Ocean Side Glass Tile inventory I found boxes filled with these beautiful treasures.

I love the way these tiles look just thrown together, waiting to be meshed and put up on the wall. In a way they are showing their true precious jewel like qualities. We forget that tiles are unique products on their own and individual reflections of hand crafted elegance.

I've gotten swept away by Pattern Girl's (thanks Erin!) reminder that tiles are as much objects as surfaces. I decided to feature some more tiles that would look wonderful with Resto's new 'do:
